The Components of a Program

A Research Program or Scientific Study

For our purposes, a program or study is a health-related, scientific undertaking for the purpose of collecting and analyzing participant data to further research discovery and insights.

The Digital Health Solutions Platform (DHSP)

The Digital Health Solutions Platform allows Vibrent to convert, configure, and distribute your study's protocol into actionable research instruments such as consents and surveys. A configured program follows workflows based on business rules to meet your protocol's requirements. Vibrent uses DHSP to build user functions and feature sets, while also designing the participant experience and data collection to execute your research program.

The following components comprise DHSP:

  • ResearchCloud - Allows program managers, researchers, and administrators to track participant progress through analytics and dashboards. This data helps assess the status of the program to inform program adjustments, direction, or communication campaigns for ensuring it progresses smoothly and according to plan.

  • Participant Experience Manager - Provides a simple and engaging user experience to keep participants motivated and focused on completing the program’s requirements. It also makes basic information available, and allows participants to comply with consents, answer questions, and obtain information.

  • Community Engagement Builder - An optional component for quickly and easily creating and deploying a responsive website that focuses your efforts on lead-generation, event-management, recruitment, engagement, and participant retention tailored to your community and local concerns. The tool requires no technical knowledge. Its intuitive interface, drop-down menus, and built-in styles, allow anyone to create a powerful website to the service of your program objectives.
